Wait, it’s only February?! It’s been such a crazy year already, but none of us could have predicted being in the situation we’re in now. The market is hot… actually, it’s on fire. More than on fire… it’s exploded. To be transparent, we’ve had the utmost privilege of kicking off this year adding so many of you to our Stylecraft family, that we now have to begin pacing ourselves. Demand is high. Costs of materials are rising. If we’re going to continue being the company you all know and love… known for outstanding customer service and transparent practices, then we have to slow down a bit.
What does this mean moving forward?
Our team is continuing to put you first, as always. In order to do so, we must change how we do appointments. This way we can ensure we’re giving you the most up-to-date information, as well as the time and attention you deserve. Every week we’ll have a waitlist for appointments. Some communities have already been experiencing this, but now the need has spread.
We know this is a big change, and certainly a crazy time for all. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works diligently on our end to continue to create the best experience possible for our wonderful homeowners, purchasers, visitors, and realtors.
