We are looking for someone who is detailed in their work, analytical, blended with a passion for leading a Team. Using your leadership skills you will be leading a highly motivated Team that is made up of four Production Estimators, of which who are well versed in their role and have the ability to operate seamlessly.


The Estimating Manager leads, manages, and holds the estimating team accountable for the work and processes associated with the team. Individually, the role is responsible for the setup, organization and data integrity of the takeoff library section of our software. The position is extremely analytical and detail oriented, requiring a-lot of multi-tasking, high attention to detail and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Show properties and communities to prospective buyers, tour and demonstrate model homes and home sites, and take customers to view homes at various stages of construction.
  • Ensure that all marketing information is current, correct, and available in the Model Home at all times.
  • Maintain current relationships in the local Realtor associations.
  • Become familiar with the local community near the Model Home, including churches, schools, shopping, neighborhoods and the like in order to answer questions from prospective home buyers.
  • Maintain appropriate signage, including assembling and placing them onsite.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to succeed in new home sales, understanding no list of duties or expectations can be so complete as to cover every situation, because the home-building market constantly changes and evolves.
  • Prepare and submit all purchase agreements to RSM, VP, & Sales Administrator within 24 hours of customer completion.

Requirements: 

  • Sales Executives are expected to be available, at a minimum, on Monday through Saturday from 9:45am to 6pm and Sundays from 12:45 pm to 6pm. Days off are excluded from from this expectation.
  • Qualifications High School Diploma with a minimum of five (5) year's experience in sales; required. New Home Sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Advanced selling skills. Excellent networking, follow up, phone and client prospect management skills.
  • Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.

What You Will Do

Part-time position under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager. Performs skilled professional work in the management and operation of IT department related duties. Responsible for monitoring the Help Desk and resolving issues in a timely manner. 

  1. Monitor and resolve incoming IT issues through company specific Help Desk system.
  2. Escalate unresolvable tickets to IT Manager.
  3. Assist with the configuration, installations, upgrades and maintenance, service, and inventory of laptops/desktops, printers, scanners, telephones, and other IT related equipment (i.e., monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
  4. Assist with onboarding new users.
  5. End-user hardware and software support in a windows-based environment. 
  6. Perform preventative maintenance on use hardware. 
  7. Track and maintain equipment inventories. 
  8. Travel to model homes for onsite IT support. Travel will be minimal.
  9. Ability to work with minimum direction and as a team player.
  10. Flexibility/Ability to work with all departments effectively to support additional projects and workload as needed.
  11. IT Technician is expected to be available at minimum Monday-Friday from 9am to 3pm. Telecommuting is not an available options for this role. 
  12. Perform other duties as assigned, be flexible.
