Our Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing all assigned work orders, make-readies, and general property maintenance in accordance with Tenant First's quality standards. 

The Sales Executive is the face of Stylecraft and responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including touring the model home and community, as well as actively assisting customers in the new home sales process and guiding them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. The Sales Executive is also responsible for preparing, understanding and presenting purchase agreements and leading any additional meetings necessary for the building of a customer’s home. Sales Executive is ultimately responsible for daily interactions with customers.  

The Sales Executive is the face of Stylecraft and responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including touring the model home and community, as well as actively assisting customers in the new home sales process and guiding them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. Seeking an individual with a strong background in residential construction, whether from a construction or purchasing perspective within the home building sector. What You Will Do: 

Purchasing Agents are outgoing, analytical, and appreciate multitasking. They strive to care, serve, and improve. The work is fast-paced and requires accuracy. The position involves a mix of meeting with people (in and out of the office), talking on the phone, and doing individual computer work. 

  • Recruits, selects, and maintains a base of Trade Partners and suppliers
  • Negotiates prices, terms, and rebates with suppliers, manufacturers, and Trade Partners 
  • Maintains the Stylecraft Building Specification and continually researches and implements innovative products, techniques, and changes in the home building industry. 
  • Effectively builds relationships internally and externally while providing and exceptional level of communication 


What You Will Bring: 

  • A minimum of four (4) years' experience in construction or purchasing, preferably in the home building industry 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction, or a closely related field with a minimum of two (2) years' experience, preferably in the home building industry
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills 
  • Thorough and high attention to detail 
  • Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously 
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources and provide feedback on findings

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to become part of our Preconstruction Team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills. They should demonstrate a commitment to caring, serving, and continuous improvement. This role demands precision, creating problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. It is primarily independent, focusing on computer tasks with occasional internal meetings. 


What You Will Do: 

The Preconstruction Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative and data entry activities. 

  • Document Maintenance -  Making copies, assembling job packets, reconciliation of accounts, etc. 
  • Support - Provide various administrative support to Preconstruction Team 


What You Will Bring 

  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in an administrative role.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer skills including, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, etc. 
  • Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously

The Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in supporting the maintenance team by handling data entry, scheduling, and facilitating communication with tenants, vendors, and internal maintenance personnel.   • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to coordinate, facilitate, and organize resources. 
  • Ability to travel as needed.
