What You Will Do

Responsible for aiding the Sales Executives in daily interactions with customers. Plays an active role in the new home sales process, when the Sales Executive is unavailable, and guides them to an ultimate goal of home ownership.

1.     Placing signs such as “lot taken”, “lot available”, etc.

What You Will Bring

  1. Experience in sales, retail, spa, country club or reception.
  2. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  3. Ability to reliably work weekends and some holidays
  4. Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously

What You Will Do

  • High School Diploma or GED with six (6) month to one (1) year related experience or;
  • Technical Degree in Construction with six (6) months to one (1) year related experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime. 
  • Ability to travel as needed in general.
  • Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile. 
  • Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression. 
  • Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.

The Area Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all subdivision level construction operations in assigned geographic area. 


What You Will Do:

  • Lead/Manage/Accountability 
  • Ensure World Class Customer Experience 
  • Facilitate On-Time Delivery of Home
  • Maintain World Class Subdivision Presentation
  • Monitors Cost Variances
  • Ensure Quality Standards 


What You Will Do:

  • Five (5) to Six (6) years' experience residential new home construction 
  • Demonstrated management experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime. Ability to travel as needed in general.

The Sales Executive is the face of Stylecraft and responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including touring the model home and community, as well as actively assisting customers in the new home sales process and guiding them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. The Sales Executive is also responsible for preparing, understanding and presenting purchase agreements and leading any additional meetings necessary for the building of a customer’s home. Sales Executive is ultimately responsible for daily interactions with customers.
