Actively seeking friendly, customer-focused, and organized individuals to join our Sales Team! The Sales Assistant is ultimately responsible for aiding the Sales Executives in daily interactions with customers. They actively assist customers in the new home sales process, when the Sales Executives are unavailable, and guides them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. In addition to being accountable for customer interactions, the Sale Assistant is involved in many administrative tasks that are intended to aid the Sales Executive. They are also tasked with the in-field responsibilities of the Sales Department. These responsibilities are geared at marketing current inventory and maintaining the integrity of said inventory along with the subdivisions as a whole.


The Sales Executive is the face of Stylecraft and responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including touring the model home and community, as well as actively assisting customers in the new home sales process and guiding them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. The Sales Executive is also responsible for preparing, understanding and presenting purchase agreements and leading any additional meetings necessary for the building of a customer’s home. Sales Executive is ultimately responsible for daily interactions with customers.  


Seeking highly skilled and experienced construction management professional. Individual will be responsible for the supervision and administration of individual jobs from start of construction to closing, in accordance with the time and budget requirements, job plans, specifications and governing codes. 


The master CAD Operator is responsible for accurately operating CAD system to create and revamp master plan files. They will report to the design and operations manager, and be based out of our College Station home office. Currently, this position is available for part-time work hours. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Draws and maintains subdivision lot files
  • Process lot fits and model/lot restriction files
  • Assists with maintaining marketing sheets
  • Assists with jobs going to construction as needed
  • Remains knowledgeable on different plan options offered
  • Assists with problems related to plan sets 

Qualifications include:

  • A technical degree (e.g., Associate’s) is preferred
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience with AutoCAD or Revit is required
  • Working knowledge of creating plans is required
  • Working knowledge of using AutoCAD to draw plans for a production builder is preferred
  • Knowledge of residential design and construction is preferred.

The Land Development Manager is responsible for managing the land development program by overseeing the site development process and delivering finished lots and fully developed communities. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet with engineers, contractors, consultants, municipalities, state agencies, utility providers, and contractors to direct project administration from entitlement through project completion
  • Critically review and analyze engineering construction plans throughout the design and construction process to fit Stylecraft’s design and grading standards
  • Responsible for site improvement permitting, bidding and bid selection leading to contract negotiations
  • Procure professional service bids for community infrastructure work including: engineering, geotechnical, construction phase services and materials testing, environmental, landscape, and amenities
  • Work closely with land acquisition to provide detailed and thorough internal handover process of self-development projects

Qualifications include: 

  • Two (2) to seven (7) years' experience in land development or construction/engineering 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to pay meticulous attention to all aspects of a situation or task.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

The Online Sales Specialist is ultimately responsible for converting online leads into sales. The Online Sales Specialist is to ensure that online leads are properly cared for, qualified, and distributed. They work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide the highest level of customer service. 


Responsible for various administrative and data entry activities, including but not limited to: assisting with job release process, payment release and invoice processing processes and assisting with variance purchase orders to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters. 


The Production Estimator is responsible for lot specific job scrubs and miscellaneous estimating processing activities.
