They actively assist customers in the new home sales process, when the Sales Executives are unavailable, and guides them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. In addition to being accountable for customer interactions, the Sale Assistant is involved in many administrative tasks that are intended to aid the Sales Executive. They are also tasked with the in-field responsibilities of the Sales Department. These responsibilities are geared at marketing current inventory and maintaining the integrity of said inventory along with the subdivisions as a whole.
The Accounting Processor will communicate with internal and external customers and vendors to maintain the daily transactions, needs and requirements to achieve consistent administrative flow of accounting information. The Controller acts as the conscience of the department which involves fiduciary responsibilities, business process improvement and challenging the thinking/decisions of the Finance team. This individual is responsible for establishing and implementing short term team objectives/goals and enforcing company policies.
