This regional management position oversees various locations within Stylecraft's Southern Texas Region including North Houston and  surrounding areas. Responsible for recording daily transactions. With the ultimate goal of controlling expenses by receiving, accurately processing, verifying and reconciling vendor invoices. 


What You Will Do:

  • Process overhead invoices and approvals
  • ACH/check processing
  • New vendor setup
  • Assist cross-functionally with utility billing
  • Process and monitor utility deposit refunds and maintain deposit schedule
  • Process earnest money refunds/forfeitures/transfers
  • AP document maintenance and retention

  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience;

  • Strong working knowledge of computer skills
  • Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation and persistence.
