The Warranty Technician is responsible for completing all assigned warranty orders and customer service issues according to Stylecraft quality standards while adhering to set warranty budgets. The result provides the level of service required to achieve the established customer satisfaction goals. 


The Vice President of Construction serves as the head of construction department responsible for creating, implementing, and reinforcing processes and procedures in an effort to deliver a quality home 100% complete, on time, and under budget, with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork. 


  • High School Diploma or GED with fifteen (15) plus years related experience; or 
  • Technical Degree in Construction with twelve (12) plus years related experience; or 
  • Bachelors of Science Degree;
  • Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of vertical and horizontal construction experience in high volume residential home building operations;
  • Minimum of six (6) years' experience in upper management with proven leadership ability; required 
  • A valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime. Ability to travel as needed in general. 
  • Ability to utilize Stylecraft applications on a smart phone, tablet or laptop. 
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form via Stylecraft applications. 
  • Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety. 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively designing and implementing all aspects of the company's online and offline marketing plans and constantly seeking innovative methods of enhancing the company's image and improving bottom line results. 

The Marketing Manager will provide critical support to the VP of Sales and Marketing. This position must be as in-touch with sales as sales leadership is. 

Marketing Manager will manage the brand and overall image of the company, as well as, supporting lead generation and conversion to support revenue goals. This position must also be proactive to the needs of the business, and juggle both long and short-term projects. 


  • High School Diploma and/or Professional Sales & Marketing Certification (SMEI) with commensurate experience will be considered;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or communications related field or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading a marketing team
  • Creative thinking, ability to foster the generation of innovative marketing ideas and work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, and getting work done effectively through teams
  • Strong verbal, written, editorial, and graphic design skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal direction in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Maintain open communication with managers and team members to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
  • Work with vendors for setting up new Sales Offices while maintaining existing ones.
  • Act as main point of contact for outside agencies, vendors, and partners in regards to brand representation, public relations, marketing items, and more.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategy including website, third party syndication sites, social media, etc.
  • Develop and implement corporate marketing and branding strategy including collateral, signage, community and Realtor relationships, promotional events, etc.
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy including blogs, photography, and video.
  • Drive high quality traffic both online and offline at sufficient levels to support the revenue goals of the company.
  • Establish yearly marketing budget and regularly monitor, identifying necessary changes and present updated recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze national and local market trends to support sales and marketing goals.
  • Ensure all Sales team members maintain community specific marketing collateral.
  • Tour each community regularly to monitor the appearance of model and spec homes, signage and landscaping. Ensure presentation of space is kept to company standards.
  • Coordinate all special promotions and ensure they comply with budget guidelines.
  • Assist in determining ways to solve sales related challenges at the community and move-in ready home level.
  • Key designer in the promotion of the company’s image and products to all outside sources.
  • Schedule, lead, and attend all advertising and public relations meetings with outside agencies.
  • Partners with Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Human Resources to implement employment actions, including discipline and termination of employee in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate and oversee the day-today workflow of direct reports
  • Develop and execute training plan for newly hired direct reports
  • Conduct quarterly one on one reviews
  • Assist with all other duties and projects as directed
