Sales Assistant is ultimately responsible for aiding the Sales Executives in daily interactions with customers. The Sales Assistant actively assists customers in the new home sales process, when the Sales Executives are unavailable, and guides them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. In addition to being accountable for customer interactions, the Sale Assistant is involved in many administrative tasks that are intended to aid the Sales Executive. The Sales Assistant is also tasked with the in-field responsibilities of the Sales Department. These responsibilities are geared at marketing current inventory and maintaining the integrity of said inventory along with the subdivisions as a whole.
Sales Executive is ultimately responsible for daily interactions with customers. The Sales Executive actively assists customers in the new home sales process and guides them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. Oversee the contract process of each home sold in their area, as well as manage the Sales Assistant and their responsibilities.
The Quality Assurance Manager, under the direction of the Director of Warranty and Quality Assurance Department, is responsible for providing Field Quality Control inspections in support of Stylecraft Builders construction standards and guidelines. This individual will work independently spending up to 80% of time in the field performing home site inspections following local, state and national building codes or other similar program standards.
Requirements: 2-4 years’ experience with residential inspections. TREC Certification required.
The Assistant Manager of Land Acquisitions will assist the development and acquisition manager with targeting, due diligence, processing and acquiring land and finished lots. This position will be responsible for the handover process of third party and in-house developments including regular, effective and proactive cross-departmental communication.
Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in Land Acquisitions, Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Urban Planning preferred or equivalent experience. Experience working with Cities and Municipalities preferred.
