Actively seeking friendly, customer-focused, and organized individuals to join our Sales Team! The Sales Assistant is ultimately responsible for aiding the Sales Executives in daily interactions with customers. They actively assist customers in the new home sales process, when the Sales Executives are unavailable, and guides them to an ultimate goal of home ownership through Stylecraft. In addition to being accountable for customer interactions, the Sale Assistant is involved in many administrative tasks that are intended to aid the Sales Executive. They are also tasked with the in-field responsibilities of the Sales Department. These responsibilities are geared at marketing current inventory and maintaining the integrity of said inventory along with the subdivisions as a whole.

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for assisting the Area Warranty Managers with data entry and communication with our Homebuyers and Trades. Will manage all incoming calls to the Stylecraft Builders Warranty Department from the 1-866 number. The position also requires assisting in a variety of administrative duties for the Warranty Department. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: accurately document warranty requests, maintain and update homeowner, employee, and vendor information in PLM and homeowner file, monitor work cycle time, and documents all contact with the homeowners and establishes a record of such documentation in each homeowner file.

The Permitting Coordinator is responsible for permitting and ACC approvals, plus all tasks associated with those activities. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: ensuring all permit and approval requirements are met for all jobs in progress, following up on permits and approvals once they have been submitted remaining up-to-date and knowledgeable about various ACCs, utility companies, cities and counties’ codes and permitting requirements, and maintaining all permitting and approval records.

The Sales Executive is the face of our brand, and responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including touring the model home and community, as well as actively assisting customers in the new home sales process and guiding them to an ultimate goal of home ownership. The Sales Executive is also responsible for preparing, understanding and presenting purchase agreements and leading any additional meetings necessary for the building of a customer’s home. Sales Executive is ultimately responsible for daily interactions with customers. This particular opening has a minimum requirement of 5 years of sales experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Show properties and communities to prospective buyers, tour and demonstrate model homes and home sites, and take customers to view homes at various stages of construction.
  • Ensure that all marketing information is current, correct, and available in the Model Home at all times.
  • Maintain current relationships in the local Realtor associations.
  • Become familiar with the local community near the Model Home, including churches, schools, shopping, neighborhoods and the like in order to answer questions from prospective home buyers.
  • Maintain appropriate signage, including assembling and placing them onsite.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to succeed in new home sales, understanding no list of duties or expectations can be so complete as to cover every situation, because the home-building market constantly changes and evolves.
  • Prepare and submit all purchase agreements to RSM, VP, & Sales Administrator within 24 hours of customer completion.

Requirements: 

  • Sales Executives are expected to be available, at a minimum, on Monday through Saturday from 9:45am to 6pm and Sundays from 12:45 pm to 6pm. Days off are excluded from from this expectation.
  • Qualifications High School Diploma with a minimum of five (5) year's experience in sales; required. New Home Sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Advanced selling skills. Excellent networking, follow up, phone and client prospect management skills.
  • Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with fifteen (15) plus years related experience; or 
  • Technical Degree in Construction with twelve (12) plus years related experience; or
