Are you tired of hearing how crazy 2021 has been yet? We never could have predicted that this year would have kicked off the way it has. We're officially in Spring, which is usually when the housing market kicks it into high gear... except that happened already - back in January!
Here we are, at the very end of March, and the market continues to remain steady. We have had to have a lot of important and difficult conversations, both internally, with our beloved homeowners, and our vendors/trades. Please know we are doing our best as we continue to navigate the demands, changes, and difficulties that this housing market has brought us all (which includes balancing the shortages in materials, rising cost of materials, and overwhelming number of appointment requests).
What hasn’t changed are our priorities – which has always been, and will continue to be YOU.
We've built our company on providing the best possible customer service, and by creating an experience that makes the homebuying journey a fun one. The only way we can continue to do so is by pacing ourselves. We began this back in February, and the market demands require us to continue. In fact, we've had to slow things down and pace ourselves a bit more. Frankly, it is the only way to ensure we can best serve you, our customer, and our friends.
While some areas have been able to open to full capacity, many of our communities are currently operating by appointment only. Additionally, some models are only open by informational appointments only. This means that demand in these communities is so high, that we're unable to guarantee when we'll be able to sell/produce our next home. We want more than anything for you to experience planting that "Taken" sign in your yard, so we're here to get the process started with you, and provide the experience that proves to you a Stylecraft home is one worth waiting for.
