Stylecraft is excited to announce several new communities throughout Texas, including many new locations. For the first time ever, we're coming to areas like Harker Heights/Nolanville, Tomball, and Angleton. We're also adding new communities to our portfolio in Temple and Belton. All of these new developments come after receiving such high demand to expand our reach. With our Tomball community, Timber Trails, being the first to release (expected in May), we're already working to build VIP lists for each location. Being on the VIP list ensures you're updated with information as soon as it becomes available. You'll receive first view of floor plans, pre-construction pricing, and plat maps. You'll also be invited to all release events, including pre-release private appointments, preview events, and the Grand Release event. As we're currently unable to coordinate in-person events, many of our releases are planned via digital releases. This makes being on the VIP even more important, as all information, appointments, and events will be held via virtual scheduling and/or platforms.
