Stylecraft Build for Fee is a dynamic project that has grown exponentially since its inception. We started by working with an investor to build 26 single family homes using Stylecraft's floorplans in the charming town of Tomball, Texas. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction quickly propelled us to where we are now. Today, we've expanded our scope and expertise to include larger single-family homes, as well as condos and townhomes. We collaborate with our investors to build some of their floor plans and some of our own, all while maintaining our commitment to style and value. Our services now extend to Waco, Temple, and Brenham, TX, where we've established a reputation for delivering exceptional results.
Looking towards the future, we're excited to continue our growth. By 2025, we plan to complete 250 units across a range of projects. From condos, townhomes, single family homes, residential apartments, and master-planned communities - we provide an array of services that best fit your investment needs. Together with our team, you're able to choose from our library of plans or bring your own plans. Our ultimate goal is to make our services accessible anywhere within our markets that the investor needs!
This stunning neighborhood boasts 41 single-family homes, each exuding a unique charm and style. With six Stylecraft floor plans, which included 2-car garages, enclosed backyards, and soaring 12-ft ceilings, this neighborhood was impressive. An early project from our Build for Fee portfolio, Sydney’s Park was built in 2020 and closed in mid-2021.
Nestled in an established neighborhood called Park Meadows, Ellis Place was a 75 single-family home neighborhood that was rolled out in two phases. The first phase was released in 2020 and the final phase was completed in early 2023. The project consisted of six floor plans ranging from 1,500 square feet up to a little over 2,000!
With a total of 16 buildings, each containing 4 two-story units, these spacious townhomes all have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2-car garages at the backside of the units. At approximately 1500 square feet, they are perfect for small families, young professionals, or college students, catering to the demographic in Bryan-College Station. The first phase of the project was launched in 2020 and has already been successfully completed, with more units projected to be complete by the end of 2023.
Located in an existing Stylecraft community called Vintage Farms, these new one-story townhomes are currently under construction and set to be complete in 2024. There are 11 different floor plans and 4 unique building layouts, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Spanning from 1000 to 1500 square feet, some of these townhomes also come with 1 or 2-car garages.
Doug French, owner and CEO of Stylecraft, chose to make a career in his family business after earning a Master's in Business Administration from Baylor University with honors, and previously earning his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M Magna Cum Laude. Doug's passion for equipping and developing strong employees has helped continue to define Stylecraft's reputation as a company dedicated to integrity and quality. In addition to his leadership at Stylecraft, Doug is dedicated to community involvement. He is a past Board Chair for United Way, the acting Board Chair for SOS Ministries, a board member of the Blinn College Advisory Committee, a member of the Advisory Council for Bush School Center for Nonprofits and Philanthropy, and a member of Declaration Church, as well as serving in other volunteer positions. He and his wife Kara enjoy traveling, watching Aggie sports, and spending time with their daughter and son.
